Sierra | Senior 2010

I had an awesome photoshoot last Saturday with Sierra at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park. I actually stumbled upon this area in the park earlier this summer while rafting and thought the big open field combined with the woods and water would make a great backdrop for pictures. I was glad Sierra agreed to this location.

Sierra is another senior who was in the youth group at the church we used to help out. She is spunky and full of life and it was super easy to shoot her. I found out that she loved the idea of taking some shots in the field because Taylor Swift did something similar on her album cover:)

Thanks to Sierra for letting me capture your senior pictures:)

An Announcement!

I suppose it's finally time to announce to the blog world that my husband and I are expecting a new addition to our family!

Baby Pauquette is due to make their arrival on November 13th.

Unfortunately I will not be able to schedule anything later than October or before the 1st of the year. Please keep this in mind if you are thinking about photos.

Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we expand:)

Adam & Mandy are gettin' hitched!

I had such a fun, fun photoshoot this past weekend with our good friends Adam & Mandy and her daughter Aaliyah. Adam & Mandy are getting married at the end of October and wanted me to be their photographer, but unfortunately it is just to close to my due date to risk it. They also wanted me to get some shots of Mandy's awesome 4 year old daughter, Aaliyah.

I love these guys, they are just so much fun. I couldn't stop laughing the entire shoot.

Karli & Kelsey | Seniors 2010

Finally got to finish the rest of my senior session with Karli & Kelsey in German Village. Even though it looked like it was going to rain (this summer has been the worst!) it held off for us to get some shooting done. We wandered around the streets of German Village and I got to know the girls a little better. They are so easygoing, going along with pretty much everything I said:)

I learned they are both into photography as well and take classes at school. Hopefully I will get to see some of their work pretty soon!

This was such an awesome shoot, these girls are so easy to photograph.

Thanks Karli & Kelsey!
