I started Monday morning with a groan when I remembered the only photo I took the day before was this stupid picture of tigger sitting on our coffee table with my phone.  At least he's orange for Halloween:)

This is Harvey's favorite spot in our house.  (PS, this hasn't been rehabbed yet, that's why it still looks disgusting:))

Haley | Senior 2011

It's been a while since I've had a senior and I was glad to get back in the swing of things with Haley.  I had such a wonderful time with her and her mom, Debbie, exploring the area downtown around the Spaghetti Warehouse.  I love shooting there so much, there are always many new things to discover!

Haley is a senior at Hillard (I don't remember which one!) with dreams of opening her own tattoo shop one day!  Pretty awesome, right?

Without further ado, I introduce to you Haley!

Beautiful!!!!

She was up for anything, including posing in front of a junkyard fence!  Good thing those attack dogs weren't around!

I can tell she rocks this guitar.  She's been playing since 6th grade!

Bryan & Danielle | 10.16.10

Wow, another amazing fall day for Bryan & Danielle's wedding.  The two of them are actually already married but they did a renewal of vows and got their dream wedding.

They were remarried in the beautiful Holy Name Catholic Church.  It is such a gem smack dab in the middle of OSU's campus.  Bryan's great-grandparents were even married there!   After their ceremony I got to ride around in the limo with them for portraits on campus and even a little celebration at one of the local bars on High Street.  I had so much fun with the bridal party!

Bryan & Danielle, your wedding was so beautiful and genuine.  You have wonderful family and friends and I had a blast taking your photos.  Congrats to you both!

Bryan & Danielle walked down the aisle with their son, Barry (Bear for short).  Such a beautiful moment!

Love, love, love this photo!

OSU holds a very special place in Bryan & Danielle's hearts.  Luckily the game was away that day (we just won't mention the results of said game) so we were able to take some photos around the shoe.

Mirror lake is a beautiful place in the fall.

One of their friends CARVED the Jim Tressel pumpkin for their reception (held at the Columbus Athenaeum).  SO AMAZING!

I loved the woodsy & simple decor at the reception.  Apples, coffee beans & twigs comprised most of the table decorations.  So simple but it makes such a big statement!

Oh my, this cake smashing was epic.  Bryan was insanely fast at throwing the cake in Danielle's face.   I had to look up from my camera to even figure out what had happened.  One moment they were cutting the cake, the next she had cake in her face.  As you can see in the second photo, Bear was a little concerned over all of the cake on his mommy's face:)

Check out Bryan & Danielle's slideshow for more pictures!  I recommend playing "God Only Knows" by the Beach Boys while watching, it was the song they danced their first dance to:)

We were driving home from Zanesville last night and as soon as we got to Columbus the storms broke up giving way to the strangest, most beautiful sunset I've seen in a long time.  Everything was bathed in a crazy golden tint that made it look like a post-apocalyptic movie.  And oh yea, there was a double rainbow.  Good job Ohio weather!

I know, I know, two Theo posts in a row.  But seriously, how adorable is this?  The morning after his birthday with bedhead, sitting in his new wagon, surrounded by new toys & eating crackers.  We are just so blessed:)

Laundry has been taking a back burner lately....ughhhhhhh.

Also, the dining room window is hilarious in this picture.  One window is missing a curtain completely, the other has the new curtain, and the third the old curtain.  We were in the process of getting projects done all week in anticipation for Theo's 1st birthday party!

Bryan & Danielle | Sneak Peek!

We used to spend so much time at the Roosters in German Village when we first moved to Columbus.  This night we got a chance to drink a beer and hang out there again:)

Making these for Theo's birthday party on Sunday.  I had no idea red velvet cake mix was actually this red.  I was actually a little disturbed by the color when I first mixed it up, but I'm sure they will taste delicious:)

C Family | Portraits

Remember Mike, Julie & little Jack from their family session last year?

Well not only has Jack grown into a spunky two year old, Mike & Julie have also grown a bigger family, they've added 11 week old baby Cole!  Are they not the most beautiful family ever?

We had a great session at sunset at Franklin Park.  Jack was on the move the entire time and I'm quite fond of this next photo.  He looks like he's ready to conquer the world:)

These boys are going to be heartbreakers!

There's nothing better than tiny feet and hands.  It's hard to believe that Theo was this little nearly a year ago.

Thank you so much Mike & Julie for letting me capture your little family for one night.

Jamie & Kellie | Engagement

I met Kellie a couple of years ago when we started working for the same flower shop.   She is a wonderful, sweet, kind person who fell in love with a funny and loving man.  I remember when Kellie first started dating Jamie she would talk wonderful things about him at work.

We spent a wonderful afternoon together in Schiller Park.  Kellie & Jamie live about a block away so they frequent it often with their dog, Hank.

Perfect fall photo!

Tried to get a family photo with Hank the dog and Toby the cat in it.  Hank was much more interested in giving Jamie kisses:)

Hank wasn't the most cooperative subject, but I think we got a few good shots of everyone!

Thank you so much Jamie & Kellie.  I am very much looking forward to your wedding next summer!
