Chelsie | Senior 2010

Chelsie, a senior at Hilliard-Darby this year, brought along her fiance and dog Harrison (the cutest puppy ever!) for some pictures with her. It was an awesome shoot in German Village. We started in Schiller Park then wandered through some brick streets to get the best shots.

Chelsie has a lot going for her and seems very mature for her age. It was super easy to talk to her and she was a ton of fun to work with!

Vince | Senior 2010

Vincent is a busy senior at Westerville South this year - he plays football AND basketball! I had a great time with Vince and his mom last Saturday as we hopped around German Village (mom's choice) and then up to the Short North (Vince's choice) for his portraits.

Raine & Denver | 9.18.09

Raine & Denver's wedding was as close to perfect as it could be. It was a gorgeous September day, with bright sun (not always the greatest for outdoor pictures...but I think we made it work!) and moderate temperatures. The Northpointe Conference Center in Lewis Center was a great venue for the wedding. It allowed for an evening outdoor ceremony followed by an indoor reception. And did I tell you how beautifully the reception was decorated? The paper lanterns made it look just like a scene from a bridal magazine!

The bride & groom actually found me just about a month ago through the bride's brother, Ryan. I've known Ryan for a couple of years now through mutual friends and he is such a great person. Lucky for me, when Raine & Denver's photographer fell through Ryan passed my name along to them.

I was so happy to be a part of their wedding. Their love just shines through in these pictures. Most of these pictures are all them when it comes to posing...I rarely had to prompt them:)

Thank you so much Raine & Denver...you will have a lifetime of happiness together!

Mike, Julie & Jack | Family Session

What a beautiful day this past Saturday was to take pictures. I met Julie & Mike and their almost 1 year old son Jack at Schiller Park in the morning, and I tell you it couldn't have been a better day.

What a beautiful family Mike & Julie have. Their son is so cute and so good at getting his pictures taken! There were only a couple of meltdowns and that was after almost an hour of shooting. They are very kind people who shared some of their parenting insight with me:)

T Family Photos | 9.09

This is another shoot with our good friends Jon & Delaine and their two kids. Their kids are growing like weeds, and Miss Kayla just turned 4 at the beginning of September, so they thought it would be a perfect time to do a session. I'm always taking pictures of these kids, but it is nice to have some planned family pictures in the mix.
